2009.08.31 • • • I love having a five-year-old. While it wasn't Emily's first time trying raw fish (like sushi), last Friday Emily ate sashimi and loved it. Her favorite kinds of sashimi were yellowtail and white tuna. Then on Saturday we went to the State Fair where I bought pizza on a stick but no one wanted to try a bite. I just don't understand why a five-year-old wouldn't want to try cheese pizza on a stick. Then Sunday we went shopping at the local grocery store. In the ice cream section we stopped to choose an ice cream flavor. I suggested French vanilla; then Emily replied that she wants American vanilla. Haha! So, we ended up with New York vanilla.
